But on top of all the pressure that comes with becoming the team's new quarterback, Josh has to cope with the fact that his mom is dating. Soon, Josh and Buddy find themselves leading the Timberwolves to the state championship, but victory hopes are sidelined when two sinister Russian circus owners take a bite out of everyone's plans and dognap Buddy for their star attraction.
