Holy Mess

Simon and Oscar, two 27-year-olds, have been a couple for three years. Together with Cissi, their close friend, they bought a charming, old fixer-upper in the Stockholm suburb of Bromma. The house is in great need of renovation, but the nursery on the top floor is already finished, as Cissi is nine months pregnant – and the father could be either Oscar or Simon. Together, the trio is starting a family, a secret they have postponed telling their own families for almost a year. Finally, they have reached the point of no return and the secret must be told! And at what time would the reveal be more perfect than at Christmas: the celebration of tolerance and the birth of Jesus, when everyone is expected to show kindness and love one another.
