« Under the Bridge » se base sur le livre de Rebecca Godfrey qui relate l'histoire vraie de Reena Virk (Vritika Gupta), une adolescente de quatorze ans partie rejoindre ses amis pour faire la fête et qui n'est jamais rentrée. La série, qui suit Godfrey (Riley Keough) et une agente de police locale (Lily Gladstone), nous entraîne dans l'univers caché des jeunes filles accusées du meurtre, révélant des vérités surprenantes sur les coupables.
