Description from Disney+ Czechia
In this lushly produced fantasy we join Philipe Gastone, a thief also known as the Mouse, as he narrowly escapes from the dungeon at Aquila. Philipe's unexpected departure soon sparks a manhunt. About to be captured by the Bishop's men, Philipe is rescued by the imposing knight, Captain Navarre. The noble Navarre has been hunted by the Bishop's men for two years, ever since he escaped with the Lady Isabeau who the Bishop has lusted after. Navarre and Isabeau have a curse that the Bishop has placed on them. Navarre is transformed into a wolf during the night, and Isabeau becomes a hawk during the day. The lovers are continually tortured, only able to glimpse one another for a moment at dawn, as night turns into day, and at dusk, as day turns to night. Navarre insists that Philipe help him re-enter the city to help him kill the heavily guarded Bishop. Navarre finally convinces Phillipe to help him in his quest, and together they set off to destroy the Bishop and break his evil curse on the lovers. Andrew Powell of The Alan Parsons Project wrote the engaging score.
